Forge Focus is a desktop productivity application developed and published by Forge Industries (Sole Proprietorship, France). By purchasing or using Forge Focus, you agree to these terms.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Forge Focus on your own devices.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or share your license. Reverse engineering or modification of the software is prohibited.
Purchases are processed by Creem.io. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.
As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided you have not activated or downloaded the software. To request a refund, contact us at contact@forgefocus.app.
Forge Focus is intended for personal productivity use only. You agree not to use the software for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
Forge Focus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Forge Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
